Job Title: Molecular Research Technician
Job Location: Bellevue, WA Job Duration: 6 months +
Pay range: $24/hr.- $25/hr. on w2.


Your Role:
--- Client is integral in ensuring the safety of the food supply by developing and manufacturing innovative food safety solutions, including rapid microbiology test kits and hygiene monitoring systems. We are seeking a Research Technician for our Bio Monitoring R&D Team in Bellevue, WA, to support development projects to extend our food pathogen diagnostics portfolio. As a member of a global cross-functional team and matrix organization, the successful candidate will technically support projects that are in line with Bio Monitoring strategy and participate in planning the studies, analyze the data, and present to the team for a scientific discussion.
--- Up to 15% travel within and outside of US


Who You Are:
Basic Qualifications:
--- BA/BS in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or Microbiology) with 1-3 years of lab-based Life Science and molecular biology experience
--- Molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR) and experience with molecular instrumentation (experience with automation a plus)
--- Ability and experience with working within a team-based Biosafety Hazard Level II laboratory environment, working in compliance with associated safety guidelines.
--- Ability to lift 15 - 20 lbs.
