Job Description

Technical Business Analyst - B1 - Onshore - HRA

" 8 to10 years DW/BI analysis experience on cloud platforms , preferably azure

Work directly with management understand requirement; and propose and develop best business solution that enables effective decision-making, and drive business objectives

Must have good hands on Azure eco system (Blob, ADLS , ADF, Azure SQL DW ( Synapse), Databricks , Delta Lake, DevOps etc.)

Must have very strong SQL hands in writing complex views, stored proc etc.

Provide Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) solutions and support by leveraging project standards and leading analytics platforms

Evaluate , Prioritize and define functional requirements for BI and DW solutions on Azure cloud platform

Define and help build data integration processes to be used across the center

Build conceptual and logical data models for stakeholders and management Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding

Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures

Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning

Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts

Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives"
