In our Enterprise segment, we are adding Product Solution Sales Specialist positions to accelerate our success. The Product Solution Sales Specialist team will drive software and solution revenue growth with our customers by working with field sales teams to identify, develop, and close complex enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for leading the sales motion change from rate plans to software and solutions via enterprise agreements. This is a leadership, quota-carrying, individual contributor role on a team of accomplished and driven professionals. What You Will Be Doing:You will be working for our Emerging Products Business, specifically focused on UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and will be selling into our largest customers. You will have a passion for disruptive technologies and will be able to articulate T-Mobile for Business vision for leveraging mobile network and the 5G mobile network to change the way our customers deliver services to their employees. The expectation for travel will be at least three a month. You will be quick to identify opportunities, able to manage people and prioritize opportunities, highly capable as a trusted consultant and mentor to salespeople and committed to improving the competency of the team. You will be responsible for developing a business plan to meet and exceed assigned quota, plan sales strategies, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, and close the business. This role will be our 'tip of the spear' responsible for driving sales of UCaaS, which we see as a strategic and a multiplier for our overall growth.As you will play the essential role of setting T-Mobile for Business sales strategy for UCaaS and driving deals to closure this role requires not only a diverse background in selling enterprise software to Line of Business and IT buyers but technical sales experience selling communications technologies such as PBX (cloud or premise), auto attendants, IVR, SIP trunking, workstream collaboration, enterprise messaging, UCC, UCaaS, and mobility is essential. Experience selling enterprise networking including SD-WAN and knowledge of 5G mobile networks is beneficial. The major activities that the role include:Present T-Mobile for Business---s product portfolio to customersPersonally drive sales opportunities and collaborate with internal and external teams to lead success Responsible for the UCaaS strategy working in lock step with the Emerging Products Business team, sales regions and account teams to drive sales in this fast-paced, high growth technology areaRepresent T-Mobile for Business at internal and external eventsBuild relationships with customers, customer executives and corporate service organizations to position T-Mobile products and solutions and manage successful end to end sales cyclesWeekly tracking of progress from discovery to customer realization of value of UCaaS Provide strategic and competitive insight into the overall UCaaS market Coach/Mentor to field sales teamsProvides sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity by keeping a current pipeline using T-Mobile for Business forecasting toolsAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as neededThe experience you'll bring. You will be resourceful and innovative at tackling complex sales or marketing challenges in a timely matterFinancial acumen necessary to develop and present a comprehensive business case. Strong leadership skills, diverse backgrounds within Cisco and its Partners and deliver results.A sales and/or sales management leader for a technology provider, integrator or enterprise IT delivery organization.A strong communicator with superior listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, managing to metrics
