Job DescriptionOVERVIEW:We're rapidly scaling our core offering
and growing our sales team nationwide and are looking for a dynamic
and ambitious individual to drive our sales ops efforts across the
organization. You will report to the Head of Sales, Marketing and
Product Marketing and will have broad responsibility for building
the systems and processes that will be the underpinning of the
company's end-to-end sales process. You will own the design of the
company's CRM and business intelligence tools, which are critical
in directing our sales and marketing strategies. You will also work
cross functionally to develop and implement the company's systems
for delivering first-class customer experience throughout the
customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong core
background building a CRM tool, with the ability and excitement to
jump into customer experience projects. This opportunity will
provide broad exposure to the sales, marketing, and product teams
within a high growth technology business as it scales to widespread
adoption.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own development of Pattern's CRM platform in HubSpot and in
Salesforce: Build out and manage HubSpot workflows and processes to
accurately track customer journey from lead to invoicing; Work with
sales team to ensure compliance with activity tracking, deal stage
updates, and task management; Enhance sales productivity by
simplifying and streamlining CRM and contracting processes
- Build and refine dashboards to direct sales strategies: Work
closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing team to understand
our data infrastructure to pull necessary sales and servicing
metrics from the backend; Support the regional sales, inside sales,
and customer success teams with measurement, tracking, and
analytics relevant to their functional areas; Partner with the
marketing department to analyze and report on campaign performance
with reporting and dashboards; Track, analyze, and report key
metrics including sales velocity, win rate, YoY account growth, and
servicing progress for company leadership
- Support sales team in delivering best-in-class customer
experience: Work with sales team to manage and update customer
contracts; Track customer report delivery and invoicing; Answer
questions from customers on contracting and invoicing as

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Previous experience in CRM design and management
- Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo and Calendly
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfort with data analysis, interpretation, and
presentation
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools preferred but not
require
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales
processes, procedures, and policies.
- Experience in multiple organizational functions such as
business intelligence, forecasting, operations, organizational
development, etc.
- Ability to distill business intelligence into recommendations
and actionable plans.
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced
organization, and to create a vision and organization that can
scale quickly.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology
company
- Proficient in Excel and Salesforce CRMQUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in sale ops roles within a high growth
organization, or demonstrated excellence in a high paced
