The Global Program Management (GPM) team within WBSO is hiring a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own the end-end operation and program management for several key data services that power the organization. As the data steward PM for quota, budgets, targets, actuals, revenue, and scorecards services for WBSO, you are accountable for partnering with multiple data providers and establishing quality protocols, SLAs, and OKRs that meet or exceed business objectives. You will also partner with Incentive Plan Design Managers to shape the technical implementation of strategic big bets and to ensure that the strategy/vision can turn into reality. As a PM, you will have full control and ownership of coming up with innovative scenarios and features for improving the health and quality of the data service you manage while partnering with our engineering teams to deliver them in a timely manner. You will review data on a regular basis to ensure quality and to analyze/investigate any issues raised by our stakeholders such that our Field seller community continue to get the best experience while ensuring on-time and accurate incentives.
