Who We're Looking For:REMOTE RESERVATIONS AGENT FOR OUR CORE RESERVATIONS CENTER (Bellevue, WA)We're about the friendliest company you'll ever come across—and that personality needs to extend to our reservations team. As a Reservation Agent you'll be responding to reservation requests and providing prompt, courteous guest service with a smile. What You Bring:A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and that begins with the first point of contact: the reservation. We are looking to you to make guests feel welcome even before they leave home. Whatever they need (short of packing help), you're there for. Here are a few of the tasks that will keep you busy on a daily basis:

• Informing and educating guests by explaining processes, providing hotel and local information and responding to questions.
• Achieving customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking process.
• Obtaining all pertinent information to accurately and thoroughly complete reservations.
• Covering necessary shifts in order to maintain required call center hours. Where You've Been:We're looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service experience, with Hotel Front Desk or Reservation experience preferred. You must also have the ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line phones, photocopiers, etc. Office whiz wanted! This position will train for at least 2 weeks at our Staypineapple HQ office in Bellevue, WA, and may move to a remote position depending upon experience. When You're Here:The hospitality business never sleeps (though our guests do quite well). To make sure everything runs smoothly around the clock you must be outstanding at time management, planning and organizing, decision-making and problem solving. Schedule flexibility is key as you may have to work the occasional night, evening, weekend or holiday.
