team as a Select Benefits - Customer Service Representative!About
the roleAs a Select Benefits (SB) - Customer Service Representative
(CSR) you will be on the front line in helping Symetra to deliver
on its Core Values and provide the BEST customer service. You will
give our customers timely, accurate, and customer-focused benefit
and claim information for all the products administered by Symetra
Select Benefit, including SB Medical, Accident, Critical Illness,
Rx, Dental, Vision, and MEC products. As a member of the SB
Customer Service Team, you will support your teammates through
flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment,
consistently maintain professionalism and integrity, actively
taking steps to foster high morale, and demonstrating a dedication
to excellence. What you will doProvide customers with timely,
accurate, and customer-focused benefit and claim informationSolicit
and enter the information needed to enter and process claims
accurately and in a timely mannerRecord summaries of information
exchanged in our claim system with a high level of accuracy and
detail easily understood by the userIssue timely and accurate claim
acknowledgement correspondenceProcess incoming documents with high
coding integrity and distribute immediately.Remain fully aligned
with operational standardsMeet or exceed call center operational
metricsEnter incoming claim information with high degree of
accuracy, meeting or exceeding established metricsPerform other

$20.00-$25.51 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
RequirementsYour experience and skillsHigh School Diploma required;
college or equivalent work experience preferredSix to twelve months
of customer service experienceSuperior verbal and proficient
writing skillsWell versed in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
and other software applicationsComfortable using and manipulating
Adobe documents Able to multi-task and prioritizeMaintain a high
level of attention to detailPerform well under pressureExperienced
in a call center environment and using telephony-related production
toolsPossess or actively pursuing industry professional
designations (e.g., CIAC, ACS, etc.) is a plusAble to speak
