Job DescriptionSymetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Select Benefits - Customer Service Representative!About the roleAs a Select Benefits (SB) - Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be on the front line in helping Symetra to deliver on its Core Values and provide the BEST customer service. You will give our customers timely, accurate, and customer-focused benefit and claim information for all the products administered by Symetra Select Benefit, including SB Medical, Accident, Critical Illness, Rx, Dental, Vision, and MEC products. As a member of the SB Customer Service Team, you will support your teammates through flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment, consistently maintain professionalism and integrity, actively taking steps to foster high morale, and demonstrating a dedication to excellence.
