OVERVIEW:The Sr Director of Channel Sales will focus on current and prospective channel partners throughout the United States. They will develop strategies to increase Betacom sales through resale/white label arrangements (sell through) or via direct sales team (sell with). The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency. This individual must be highly motivated, self-starting, tenacious and accountable to the role and responsibilities. It is critical that he/she align well with the CTO, Sales, and Marketing teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:As Senior Director of Channel Partner Sales, you will report to the VP of Business Development and Channel Partner Sales, and your responsibilities will include:Partnering with the VP of Business Development and executive leadership to define, develop, and implement strategies that enhance long-term value for partners and Betacom via sell-through and/or sell-with programs.Strengthen relationships with partners, ensure a positive partner experience, understand the key drivers of each partner's value proposition, and influence partners.Create account plans and strategies to win new business from expanding relationships.Ensure contractual benefits of channel partner agreements are realized, through strong partner relationship management and project management skills.Provide accurate and detailed forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.Drive Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support channel partner strategyPartner Enablement: must be able to provide training, on-boarding, partner productivity, market development and other critical processes to enable our GTM.Help to shape, define and augment the go to market model in real world environments, with valued partners, that enable their objectives on Betacom s CBRS Private Wireless Network, to provide end customers with use case driven solutions and a robust platform.Build and manage a high-performance team; hire and retain the right talent in the right roles; set goals, delegate work, ensure accountability; develop and empower direct reports to make decisions and deliver results.OTHER DUTIES:This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
