Join a rapidly expanding group of exceptional SDRs and marketers who are performance-oriented, highly creative and passionate evangelists of iSpot, and help us accelerate the transformation of TV ad measurement.We're looking for an experienced, highly motivated Director of Sales Development to lead and scale the sales development team at iSpot. You'll oversee a team of SDRs dedicated to inbound and outbound sales development. This mission-critical role is responsible for developing new business opportunities for the enterprise sales team. As Director of Sales Development, you'll be responsible for enhancing iSpot's sales development strategy and process, and for ensuring your team has what it needs to be successful. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to lead inbound and outbound prospecting motions that directly impact revenue. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of sales development representatives, including onboarding, education, coaching and career development
  • Ensure team goals are consistently met
  • Continuously develop team skills, product and industry knowledge through 1:1 coaching and enablement
  • Motivate and incentivize team to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Develop and maintain metrics, reports and dashboards that maximize SDR performance
  • Implement, monitor and report on team performance metrics
  • Create and maintain standard SDR plays and processes, ensuring consistent approach across team
  • Manage both marketing and sales-driven prospecting, collaborating with stakeholders on strategy and establishing a feedback loop
  • Regularly liaise with marketing to ensure optimal lead quality, flow and conversionQualifications:
    • 8+ years experience of demonstrated success in sales development and/or sales
    • 5+ years experience leading sales development or inside sales teams
    • Track record of building and coaching high-performance teams
    • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting and breaking into large enterprise accounts
    • Experience with prospecting platforms (i.e. Outreach) and Salesforce
    • TV or media industry experience is a plus
    • Process-oriented analytical thinker who identifies problems and quickly implements long-term solutions
    • Bias for action with the ability to adapt and move quickly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
