We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Outside Sales Executive to join the growing team with AAA Washington. This successful candidate will work towards growing a book of business you will manage and be compensated for, providing personal, life and commercial insurance services to individuals and businesses throughout Washington, building relationships across all industries and all lines of insurance. There is no prior insurance experience required; licensing, training and mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting and selling to our existing 1.2 million AAA members
• Achieve new business objectives established in annual sales plan
• Using a consultative sales approach, gather information and present proposals
• Develop and present solutions based on client needs

  Qualifications:
  • Ability to build rapport by phone with individuals and network to develop long-term relationships with business owners and C-level executives
  • Experience selling a product or service to decision makers within a company and to individuals
  • Willingness to travel locally
